As temperatures climb through the morning, bring extra water and aim to finish your activity by 10:00 AM for the most comfortable conditions. The singletrack at Hilscher Park is running fast and dry. Late August is an excellent time for spotting red-tailed hawks and kestrels riding thermals over the hills in the late afternoon light.
